Meet Yogesh Nanji
I, Yogesh Nanji, am an experienced trial and immigration attorney with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their legal goals.
In my immigration practice, I assist clients with family petitions, E-2 and EB-5 investor visas, L-1 visas, and naturalization matters. I have successfully guided numerous individuals and businesses through complex immigration processes to achieve their visa and residency objectives.
My trial litigation experience enables me to secure favorable early resolutions for clients, saving them significant time, money, and stress. With a background managing motels and retail businesses, I bring firsthand insight into the unique challenges facing small business owners.
I represent individuals and businesses in immigration and in a wide range of civil matters, including breach of contract disputes, tortious interference claims, loan and guaranty issues, shareholder and partnership disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, family law cases including divorce and adoption, and business transactions.
A certified mediator since 1998, I have completed both Basic Mediation and Advanced Family Mediation training and have successfully mediated diverse cases across multiple practice areas.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1986. I am licensed to practice law in Texas (1991), Mississippi (1989), and Arkansas (1986).
