Having managed motels and grocery stores while working through his schooling, Yogesh has a deep understanding of the issues and challenges faced by many small businesses.
Yogesh has helped individuals and businesses deal with disputes and lawsuits involving breach of contract, interference with contracts, loans and guaranties, salary and wage claims, shareholder and partnership liability, landlord and tenant matters, divorces and adoptions, and with the sale and purchase of businesses.
Yogesh also assists clients with immigration including, family petitions, E-2 and EB-5 investments, L-1, and naturalization.
Yogesh is a trained mediator since 1998 after having completed his Basic Mediation course and Advanced Family Mediation Course and has mediated a variety of cases.
He earned his JD from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1986.
Yogesh was admitted to the Bar in Arkansas in 1986, in Mississippi in 1989 and in Texas in 1991.
